For Prince Louis' second birthday, William and Kate shared a series of new portraits of the little royal – but it was a photograph with his grandfather, Prince Charles, that tugged at everyone's heartstrings.
"A very Happy Birthday to Prince Louis, who turns two today," Clarence House wrote on Instagram with a black-and-white image of the two taken by Kate Middleton, and it's the sweetest thing you'll see today!

The Prince of Wales is currently self-isolating with Camilla in Scotland, after having contracted and recovered from the coronavirus, while Prince William, Kate and the kids are in Norfolk. Though they're apart, it seems the royal family are keeping up with each other, virtually, with the Prince of Wales sharing the all-too-relatable way they're communicating amid lockdown: through the "funniest videos".
"In such testing times, it is reassuring to see that adversity is bringing out the very best in people," he said in an article he wrote for Country Life.
