Kanye West is in hot water with the cops again after he allegedly lashed out and attacked a man who'd reportedly grabbed and shoved his wife, Bianca Censori.

Los Angeles police are investigating a charge of battery against the rapper (46) following the incident that took place at about 12.30am on Wednesday morning on Sunset Boulevard.

Kanye and Bianca (29) had left the scene of the incident by the time police arrived.

The rapper’s rep, Milo Yiannopoulos, released a statement, saying: “‘Grabbed’ is grossly inadequate as a description of what happened. Bianca was physically assaulted.

"The assailant didn’t merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses.

"She was battered and sexually assaulted.”

Kanye is alleged to have punched his wife's assailant in the face.

Bianca has been traumatised by the incident, said Kanye's rep.

Police took an incident report from the man who was allegedly attacked by Kanye, but have not released any other details about the investigation.
