The State will oppose the bail for the six men arrested in connection with the hijacking and murder of Kaizer Chiefs player, Luke Fleurs, the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court heard on Friday.
Ndumiso Ndura Moswane, 26, Fernando Sive, 25, Nhlakanipho Dlamini, 21, Franky Xaba, 25, Maredi Mphahlele, 36, Thembinkosi Hlomikhawu, 31, appeared in court where they were charged with murder, robbery with aggravated circumstances, possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition, and defeating the ends of justice.
All six men opted to be represented by Legal Aid SA and elected to apply for bail.
