Cape Town – Prince George is getting an animated series … well, kind of.
Family Guy writer and producer Gary Janetti's popular Instagram account - which centres on the young prince - is being turned into a television series for HBO Max.
According to the streaming service – who announced the news on Tuesday – the series, The Prince, will centre on Prince George spilling all the royal tea.

HBO says the show is "a biting, satirical look at the life of Prince George of Cambridge, the youngest heir to the British throne, as he navigates the trials and tribulations of being a royal child."
Vanity Fair reports that Gary will voice Prince George.
Other voice cast include Orlando Bloom as Prince Harry, Condola Rashad as Meghan Markle, Lucy Punch as Kate Middleton, Tom Hollander as both Prince Philip and Prince Charles, Alan Cumming as George's butler, Owen, Frances de la Tour as Queen Elizabeth, and Iwan Rheon as Prince William.
Gary's Instagram account, which pokes fun at the royal family through the eyes of Prince George has 902 000 followers.

Speaking about the new project, Gary said in a statement: "I'm thrilled to be working at HBO Max and bringing them yet another series about a family ruthlessly fighting for the throne."
