PICS: Meghan Markle stuns in Stella McCartney evening gown

accreditation

Cape Town – For the wedding reception Meghan Markle traded her Givenchy wedding gown for a Stella McCartney number.

According to E Online the evening gown featured a bespoke, lily white high neck and was made of silk crepe.

She paired the dress with matching white pumps and styled her hair in a loose bun to show off Cartier drop earrings.

But the most talked about accessory was the aquamarine ring she wore on her right hand which once belonged to Princess Diana.

Prince Harry changed from his military uniform into a smart tuxedo.

The newlyweds made a dramatic departure for their evening reception from Windsor Castle to Frogmore House in a classic Jaguar convertible with the top down.

The silver blue Jaguar E-Type Concept Zero was originally manufactured in 1968 and now runs on electricity.

Only 200 guests were invited to the exclusive evening reception where both Harry and Meghan made speeches.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex spent their first night as a married couple in Windsor Castle.

They are not going on honeymoon immediately and have their first royal engagement as wife and husband scheduled at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday.
