Joe Wicks says he regularly schedules sex sessions with his wife.
On Made by Mama: The Podcast, The Body Coach said they have no choice considering their busy schedules, reports The Sun.
"That time is so disrupted it's almost like you've got to crowbar intimacy into your week," he said.
"One night a week... if you can go to bed earlier. It allows you to have that time to talk. Sometimes I'll go to bed with Rosie and we'll have a really nice chat, we might watch a show and you're suddenly reconnecting."
He shared how he keeps the flame alive: "I always say, it all comes back to kissing. The minute you stop kissing, you're in trouble."
He added: "The first thing I want to do [after lockdown] is give my kids to my mom and have two nights in Soho Farmhouse, just to get away from the kids and have some peace and quiet."
Joe started dating Rosie Jones in 2016 before tying the knot last year. The two have children Indie and Marley together.
Joe's been sharing free classes online during lockdown with Rosie making a few appearances too, reports Mirror. She recently filled in for him while he got wrist surgery.
