In his recent interviews, he has opened up about promiscuity.

According to him, his unhealthy sexual habits got to a point where he would sneak out of his own house at night and make it back just in time to put up with the impression that he slept at home.

This was at the height of his career.

In admitting that this contributed to his break up with his son’s mother, Thobeka Majozi, Cassper Nyovest says he’s now seen the light, repented and is a changed man.

Recently, he’s gotten himself cuffed.

The award-winning rapper got married to his childhood friend, Pulane Mojaki, last month after being vocal about being saved in Christianity.

Encouraging his supporters to not fall for the temptations of infidelity and promiscuity, he has vigorously joined the #ForeverWena campaign.

The movement aims to reshape the conversation on sexual health and creating a safe, judgement-free space while empowering people to take charge of their sexual health, especially as South Africa continues to be among countries with the highest HIV rates.

Adolescent girls and young women between the ages of 15-24 years old in the country are significantly affected by HIV, accounting for 25% of new infections. At the same time, young men are less likely to be diagnosed and treated, increasing their likelihood of transmitting HIV to their partners.

This means that there’s all the more reason for the youth to embrace their agency, make informed decisions about healthy sexual behaviours, and learn their options: wear a condom, take PrEP, abstain from sex, know your status, and give or ask for consent.

The Doc Shebeleza hitmaker touched on the topic on social media and has encouraged his fans to have conversations with the #ForeverWena Chatbot.

“Make sure you use a condom, protect yourself or use the PrEP pill, if there’s something that you’re not sure of, we have the thing for you, it’s called the ForeverWena Chatbot where you can hit us up and we will give you the information that you need”.

Dr Linda-Gail Bekker, Professor of Medicine and CEO of the Desmond Tutu Health Foundation backs the movement.

“As a nation, we need to address the ongoing high rate of HIV infections and #ForeverWena is certainly an empowering way to do it. Every young South African deserves access to accurate, tailored information and resources, so they can make informed decisions and healthier sexual choices – for themselves, their partners, and their collective future."

In another podcast interview, the rapper says he’s been cooking gospel music.
