Thanking the designer on Instagram, Thulisa wrote: "People couldn't get over the beaded sleeve, it was definitely a show stopper. Thank you so much for incorporating my Xhosa heritage in this dress so beautifully."
Later the evening, Thulisa placed fifth in the Miss World Top Model Fashion Show.
The winner of Miss World Top Model and the first contestant to secure her spot in the Miss World 2018 final was France.
Thulisa is proving to be a real force in the competition, and was selected as one of only 12 delegates to speak at a conference last week.
She was later chosen as one of only three contestants to conduct press interviews alongside Miss Canada and Miss China.
We're keeping fingers crossed!
The Miss World pageant takes place on 8 December in Sanya, China.
