Cape Town - Dr Fezile Mkhize is flying the South African flag high, representing the country at Mr World 2019 in the Philippines.
Hot on the heels of Zozibini Tunzi being crowned Miss South Africa, another local personality is making waves in the world of pageantry!
The hunky medical doctor, who has already fast-tracked to the final top 12 after winning the sports challenge, will contend for the world title on Friday.
As part of the sport challenge, the 72 Mr World 2019 candidates, who were group into four teams named Red, Green, Yellow and Blue, competed in swimming, basketball and shuttle run - Fezile was declared the overall winner!
The 28-year-old Top Billing presenter was crowned Mr World South Africa in July, after competing against 12 other finalists for the title.
After winning the Presenter Search on 3 in 2018, Fezile also went on to be named Cosmopolitan's sexiest man for 2019.
For the first time, global fans will have the opportunity to watch the pageant live from the Philippines on pay per view.
