Criselda Dudumashe hospitalised following illness: 'I almost kicked the bucket'

Johannesburg – On Thursday former SABC radio host Criselda Dudumashe made a startling announcement on Instagram when she revealed that she had been hospitalised and diagnosed with a "chronic illness". 

"I'm under the weather in the truest of sense. I almost kicked the bucket yesterday ended with a diagnosis of another chronic illness," she wrote, adding: "I'm sharing to remind all of us that you only have one life. Treat yourself with kindness. Acknowledge and manage life stressors because eventually they impact negatively on your health."

After messages of concern from her fans, Criselda confirmed in another post on Friday that her condition has improved.

"Feeling much better family, thank you for the prayers and words of encouragement. It's a brand new day. I'm not interfering with God's plan."
