Clint Brink and Steffie van Wyk make working out together look so easy

Cape Town - Local actor Clint Brink and his wife Steffie van Wyk love to break a sweat together.

The couple are dedicated to staying fit and they make it look so easy. When Clint and Steffie are not hitting to gym together, they regularly go on hikes and runs.

One thing is for sure, this fit couple prioritise fitness, healthy eating and each other!

What started as a recovery EMS session with @body20cedarsquare for me yesterday, under the capable hands of @kelleytigerheart ..., turned into an active recovery session.???? We are so blessed to be able to incorporate EMS training into our daily strength and speed programs... It helps with recovery, aids in equalising muscle imbalances, gives over 150 more contractions compared to a normal exercise, stimulating muscle growth and demolishing targeted fatty areas... I can positivity say I feel better after that session... My core got an external stimulus, which was electrifying my rectus abdominis muscles????. I can't wait to have my abs back. When the diet mindset has taken over,... Although not depriving us from a balance between dairy, fructose and a healthy low GI carb, good protein and ample determination for the season ahead! I can say that my INBODY assessment states a decrease in Total Body fat % and an increase in Muscle growth... ?????? #StrongerBetterFaster #WeGotThis #AbsIllBeSeeingYouSoon #Body20CedarSquare #EMSTraining
