Cape Town - 25-year-old public relations graduate Zozibinzi Tunzi was crowned Miss South Africa on Friday, and the internet hasn't stopped buzzing.
According to Google's Africa team, the country generated more than 100 000 search queries for "Miss South Africa 2019."

The newly crowned Miss South Africa had a busy first week, which included moving into her new apartment, and receiving an R1 million Mercedes Benz convertible.
Adding to the online news frenzy, Metro FM had to issue an apology after a controversial poll, asking listeners to rate her attractiveness.
Comments were also made online about her haircut on social media, with some calling it a "strategy," and DJ Cleo calling her hairstyle an "R30" haircut.
