Johannesburg - On Sunday 8 December, Miss South Africa Zozibini Tunzi took the title of Miss Universe 2019, and it's a moment that we could watch forever.

The beauty queen was dressed in a shimmering blue and gold gown as she took her place as the 68th Miss Universe.

Catriona Gray, who won the title in 2018, crowned Zozibini, placing the brand-new "Power of Unity" crown on the 26-year-old's head.

Zozibini is the first Miss Universe to wear the new crown which is reported to be worth R73.2 million.

The competition aired live from Atlanta, Georgia, and South African had the opportunity to tune in via 1 Magic (DStv 103) at 02:00 on Monday to catch all the action.

But just in case you were not able to wake up super early to see Zozibini's crowing, take a look at it again here.
