Scandal! Actor, Howza Mosese has been living with diabetes for 15 years now and constantly shares with his followers on social media how he deals with the chronic condition.
The 36-year-old, who is married to actress Salamina Mosese, shared a video on his Instagram account where told his fans how he is managing his diabetes with a healthy lifestyle.

“Keeping a positive mindset, staying realistic, watching what I eat and going to gym,” he wrote in the caption.
“Studying psychology has also given me a different perspective on how to tackle the condition on a daily basis and has helped me to frame it in a different way to how I had framed it before,” he added.
He added, “I had a choice to decide how I was going to respond to this new way of life…your body is the car and you are the spirit and the driver in the car, and one should make the right choices in serving it,” he said.
