After patiently waiting for her one-on-one time with the bachelor, Jessica Calder finally got some alone time with Marc.

But her date didn't end up as expected; in fact, she went home after it.

The pastry chef from Cape Town had to share her date with Qiniso Van Damme in this season's two-on-one-date: "Two women. One rose. One stays, one goes."

About inviting the two women on the date, Marc said that it was a way to figure out who is right for him.

Despite opening up to Marc and her plea for more time, the 27-year-old did not get the rose.

WATCH IT HERE:

We spoke to Jessica about that date, her time in the Bachelor mansion, and asked her if she thinks Marc's perfect match is in the house.

You finally got your one-on-one time with Marc, and then you had to share it with Qiniso. How surprised were you when she showed up?

I was so happy that I was finally getting a one-on-one date and then I saw Qiniso, and honestly, I thought she was going to teach us how to ride a horse. Fooled me. I was so blindsided by this date, and I still can't believe that Marc never gave me a chance. I feel like he doesn't know me, and he never took the time to get to know me.

When Qiniso got emotional you said she was crying for attention and acting, having seen it now, do you still feel that way?

I have seen enough tears in this show to fill the empty dams in Cape Town. I do believe Qiniso was crying for good reason; it was an emotional day. We became close over the course of the show and then we had to compete against each other for a guy. I also cried, so I do believe that most of her tears were real.

Marc said that he didn't think you were ready to be in a relationship yet. What do you think about that?

I am ready to be in a relationship. I tried to open up to Marc and show him a more vulnerable side of me. I told him my ex cheated on me, that clearly means I'm over him. I was over him the day I broke up with him. It's easy to get over someone when they have hurt you. I'm just hurt from what happened. But from hurt comes strength.

Is there anything you would have done differently?

I wouldn't change a thing. I told myself I'm going to be honest, and be true to myself, and that's what I did. If Marc wasn't able to see it or didn't like it, well there's someone out there who will.

What were your expectations going onto the show versus how things turned out?

I expected to have more time with Marc. I thought I would get more one-on-one time and in general, I thought we would have more time. I feel like those who cried or were moody got Marc's attention.

There has been a lot of talk in the mansion about what Marc's type is. Do you think that person is in the house? If yes, who do you think it is?

I don't know if Marc has a type. The girls in the house now are all so different. Maybe he doesn't know what he is looking for just yet.

Are you still looking for love?

I am still looking for love, that real head-over-heels kind of love. I know it's out there just sadly in self-isolation right now!
