The one with the bedtime story: David Schwimmer to appear on CBeebies

Former Friends star David Schwimmer will read children to sleep on CBeebies Bedtime Stories.

The 53-year-old will make an appearance on the show on Saturday where he will read a story about two rival groups of aliens, The Smeds and the Smoos.

The book written by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, follows the story of a young Smed and Smoo who fall in love, despite the aliens never mixing.

Other celebrities who have read the bedtime story include Tom Hardy, Eddie Redmayne, Damian Lewis and Chris Evans.
