New 'Top Gear' host Andrew Flintoff's kids thought he would be presenting with Joey from 'Friends'

Cape Town - Andrew Flintoff, Chris Harris and Paddy McGuinness launched the 27th series of Top Gear at the iconic Dunsfold track in Surrey.

Andrew reveals that his children thought he'd be presenting with "Joey from Friends" (Matt LeBlanc), while Freddie says filming with Harris and Flintoff was a laugh.

In June last year, Matt revealed that he would not be returning for the upcoming season of the motoring show.

The season will be a fresh take on the most exciting cars on the planet, as a new line-up of presenters prepare for tyre-shredding duty.

The three new presenters will take the world’s biggest motoring entertainment show to the next level.

Details about the new season remain top secret but expect the greatest cars, the biggest adventures, and top celebrity guests. And a healthy dose of The Stig.

Top Gear will air on BBC Brit (DStv 120) in August.
