Cape Town - Riverdale will pay tribute to the late Luke Perry in the opening episode of its upcoming fourth season.
The actor who played Archie's dad, Fred Andrews in the CW show died in March after suffering a massive stroke.
On Thursday showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa revealed the title for the season 4 premiere on Twitter.
He wrote: "Probably the most important episode of Riverdale we'll do this year, if not ever. A tribute to our former friend."
