1) Being Bonang

Bonang Matheba takes her final bow in the last episode of her reality show which won't be returning for another season. (Read more here)

2) Veronica Mars

21:00 - M-Net (DStv 101)

Kristen Bell reprises her role as Veronica Mars in this limited series. In the season premiere panic spreads through the small-town Neptune after a bomb goes off during spring break. (Read more here)

3) The Odyssey

Sunday, 13 October

World-renowned explorer Riaan Manser embarks on another bewildering expedition. This time around he is gearing up for a 5500-kilometre and two-month-long row across the Atlantic Ocean – from The Canary Islands to Barbados. 4) Formula 1 Japan Grand Prix

Sunday, 13 September

Formula One is ready and roaring on the Suzuka Circuit this weekend for this year's Japanese Grand Prix. Despite a massive typhoon forcing the qualifiers to move to Sunday morning, the race is still scheduled to go ahead as planned. If Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas keep up with their weekend's FP performances Mercedes might even clinch their sixth successive Constructors' Championship title this weekend already. 5) Mayans M.C.

In this spin-off of Sons of Anarchy, a once-promising young Mexican-American man is driven to become a member of the Mayans motorcycle gang by his desire for vengeance.
