Kourtney Kardashian has always been open about her personal struggles, dating life, and now it’s no secret she’s reached breaking point.

Though the 40-year-old has previously spoken about her issues with always being “on” for the camera, she’s become even more vocal about why Keeping up with the Kardashians isn’t a priority for her at this time, Daily Mail reports.

The reality TV star says she finally feels like she’s found a healthy work-life balance and says she’s reached a point in her life where she feels she’s now able to balance both her job and being a mother.

Her kids are her “whole life”, she says, and they require “one-on-one time” with her, which she’s committed to giving them.

The mom of three sat down with E! News’ Jason Kennedy for Monday’s episode of In the Room, where she opens up about some of the changes she’s gone through in the past year.

“I feel like I’ve finally got to the place where I can balance being a mom and working. I’ve always done both, obviously, but it used to be where I would work a lot more. And so I’ve really shifted my focus,” Cosmopolitan reports.

Before taking a timeout, Kourtney shared how she was “feeling just really unhappy”. “I felt like I was on a hamster wheel. I felt like something needed to change,” she said.
