Kwaito’s self-proclaimed godmother, Mshoza whose real name is Nomasonto Maswanganyi says she is looking forward to showing you reality TV like you have never seen it. If you thought you knew her, she says you are in for a sweet treat.

AYINA SCRIPT

She is one of the personalities whose presence in the industry can’t be easily forgotten even if she breaks from making music. “Everything will be as it is, an unscripted reality,” Mshoza assures. Her ever so colourful and dramatic life on and off stage is always intriguing and manages to grab headlines. “There are celebrities and then there is Mshoza,” she recently said on a TV show. She was talking about future plans and revealed that her reality TV show is on its way. Ayina Script (Unscripted) is the name of the show.  According to the kwaito queen, a lot of reality TV shows are scripted and lack realness. “I am not a millionaire. I don’t wake up with make-up on. I am just an ordinary person and people will see that.”  Mshoza says.

MISUNDERSTOOD

Mshoza has hogged headlines for years, mostly for controversy. “Well, people think they know me but they don’t. They think I need a man to live my life and don’t know that I work extremely hard for my money,” she says. A few months ago, her man burnt her clothes and hair worth R80 000, allegedly beat her up and accused her of cheating on him.
