Wayne Rooney sang with Westlife at wedding

Cape Town - Footballer Wayne Rooney performed with Westlife and sang some of their biggest hits at his own wedding day.

Wayne and Coleen were married 12 June 2008 and some thought the popular boy band performed for the bride at the ceremony however, it was for the world-famous athlete.

Some of Westlife's biggest hits are: Uptown Girl, I Have A Dream/ Seasons In The Sun and Flying Without Wings.

The former Manchester Wayne Rooney is such a huge fan of Westlife that his wife Coleen, booked them to perform on the couple's wedding day as a surprise.

The band now call that performance one of the highlights of their career according to The Mirror.
