Cape Town – Concertgoers were treated to a special duet at an Elton John concert in Brighton over the weekend.
The iconic singer is currently doing his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour which kicked off in September last year.
On Sunday actor Taron Egerton joined Elton to stage to do a duet of his famous song, Your Song.
The 29-year-old is playing the singer in the biopic Rocketman now showing in cinemas.
According to the Rolling Stone, this is the first time anyone has made a guest appearance on the current tour.
After the concert, Elton shared a heart-warming message on Twitter about the performance.
He wrote: "What a show in Brighton just now at @SussexCCC @TaronEgerton, thank you for joining me onstage tonight. We've shared so many moments during the filming and release of #Rocketman and singing Your Song with you this evening is another I'll always cherish."

This isn't the first time the pair performed together. At Elton's Oscar viewing party they performed Tiny Dancer, and at the Cannes Film Festival where the movie debuted, they sang Rocketman.
They also have a new song on the Rocketman soundtrack titled, (I'm Gonna) Love Me Again.
