Cape Town - Upcoming country singer Kylie Rae Harris shared a spine-chilling message with her fans moments before she died.

Kylie died in a horrific three-way car accident in New Mexico just a couple of hours after she shared a post with her fans on Instagram, in which she reminisced about her late family members, People reported.

In a series of emotional videos the 30-year-old revealed that she last visited the small town of Taos with her late father and sister who died in a car accident.

"Alright, I look a mess. It’s because I’ve been crying but it’s a good cry. I just got to Taos, New Mexico," said a teary-eyed Kylie after she had pulled over to the side of the road to make the videos.

"My grandparents lived here and my uncle still lives here. Literally, everybody that was here except for my uncle, has passed away," says the songstress who’d been road tripping when she shared the eerie message.

She went on to recall her childhood memories and stories of growing up with her late sister.

This was the last interaction Kylie would have with her fans before her death.

Kylie’s publicist confirmed her passing in a statement to Billboard.

“We’re heartbroken to confirm that Kylie Rae Harris has passed away in a car accident last night,” read the statement.

Tributes have since poured in for the Harris family in their time of despair. Kylie is survived by her six-year-old daughter.
