Cape Town – Local artist Van Pletzen and rapper Early B have a new single, and it's a lekker tune to get you moving.
Always on a mission to spread "kak lekker" vibes, the Afrikaans satirical duo have now released South Africa's first Kung Fu film in the form of the music video for their brand new single, Awaken the Legehness. It's the fifth collaboration with their good friend Early B.
"It has been more than a year since the release of our debut album Kak Lekke Vibe and Nax, and I have now got a much deeper understanding about the Legehness and what we are all about. One might even say that we have now become masters in the sacred art of Legeheness," says Van Pletzen who is also known as Groot Hond.
The clip was filmed over two days in the middle of winter in Brixton, Parkwood. Band members Peach and Nik Nax teamed up with their friend PJ Kotze, who we also worked with them on their mega "Zaab Anthem Zaber" - fluten which currently has over a 100 000 views.
