Cape Town - Sho Madjozi’s latest banger was inspired by a break up – and it’s perfect!
The 27-year-old artist revealed this during her acceptance speech for Best Newcomer at the South African Music Awards (Samas) on Saturday night.
"I would like to dedicate a track to him which is number two in the album called Idhom," she said after thanking her fans for their support.
She added that she recorded the album while "going through a heartbreak from my now ex who is probably regretting" breaking her heart.
She debuted the song and its music video at midnight on Saturday.
