Post Malone is a big fan of Shania Twain, and she's written a song for them
Cape Town – Rap megastar Post Malone was seen singing along and dancing to Shania Twain's greatest hits medley at last month's American Music Awards. It turns out he's a big fan of hers (who isn't), and the feeling is mutual.
She's even written a song for them and to be honest we hope they get it together in the studio and we can hear it soon.
Post, for his part, hasn't publicly commented on Shania writing a song for them but has recently released a new album titled Hollywood's Bleeding after Beerbongs & Bentleys (2018) and Hollywood's Stoney (2016).
However, if that doesn't work out with the Circles rapper the You're Still the One hitmaker spoke about getting creative with Janelle Monáe and Lizzo. She hasn't actually gone so far as to ask them, but we would love to see it happen.
Appearing on The Talk, she said: "There is a really cool friendship starting between us, and after I met those ladies... I was very inspired after that (meeting at the awards ceremony)."
She added: "I went home, and I actually wrote a song for the three of us. It's called Sisters. I think we are all sisters in what we do, and it was a really great, new friendship that we started. So I went home and wrote that song. They don't know about it yet."
