Cape Town - Glastonbury 2020 tickets have sold out, just over 30 minutes after they went on general sale.

Festival organisers tweeted to say over 2.4 million people had registered for the event, creating "more demand" than ever.

According to The BBC, the festival will be celebrating its 50th year in 2020, and big acts are rumoured to be appearing.

According to The Evening Standard, Taylor Swift, Fleetwood Mac or The Spice Girls could be headlining the main stage.

This year rapper Stormzy headlined the famous Pyramid stage and made headlines for his epic performance.
