Cape Town - On Wednesday night Cardi B was allegedly served a “true copy” of a lawsuit in which a fan claims he was beat up by security guards while trying to get the rapper’s autograph.

As reported by The Blast, the Money rapper was served with the papers in New York as she walked in to film her new Netflix series, upcoming hip-hop competition show Rhythm + Flow.

According to The Hollywood Reporter the show was announced last year, with Cardi B, Chance The Rapper and TI serving as judges.

In a video posted by The Blast, Cardi can be seen joking around with photographers before a man holds out the lawsuit papers and drops them in front of her.
