Angela Lansbury finally heard the song 'Murder She Wrote' and here's what she thought of it

Cape Town – Angela Lansbury just found out why she's a part of reggae history, and she loves it!

Murder She Wrote star Angela Lansbury heard, for the first time, the song Murder She Wrote by Chaka Demus and Pliers.

On a radio show, the 93-year-old heard, for the first time, the song by the legends of reggae and she loved it!

The actress said she's "thrilled to be a part of reggae" now that she's aware of the famous track.

The American crime drama television series - which featured Angela Lansbury as mystery writer and amateur detective Jessica Fletcher - aired for 12 seasons on the CBS network in America.

It featured 264 episodes and for an incredible twelve years from 1984 to 1996. It was then followed by four TV films.

It was one of the most successful and longest-running television shows in history and averaged more than 30 million viewers per week in its prime.
