WATCH: Ruby Rose talks about her new shark flick

Cape Town - The latest waterbased thriller The Meg follows a man trying to save some researchers from the 70 foot shark that's hanging around their sunken lab.

This is of course a shark movie and there's one movie that shaped the whole genre, and opened the world up to the power of sharks. 

Actors Ruby Rose and Rainn Wilson who both star in the film revealed in an interview they think sharks are so scary. 

The Meg opens in SA cinemas on Thursday, 9 August.
