Cape Town – In true Deadpool style a rather strange teaser trailer has been released for the second instalment.
The clip titled Wet on Wet pays homage to TV painter Bob Ross.
Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) can be seen wearing an afro wig and clad in a white shirt and jeans. Mimicking Ross' soft tone he gives some painting tips.
But don’t blink just yet!
About halfway through there are some brief action scenes with features from some of the characters including James Brolin's Cable, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Leslie Uggams as Blind Al.
It then switches back to the painting instructional with Deadpool standing in front of a completed painting of the cast around a Thanksgiving dinner table, turkey and all.
In ends with a message from Deadpool: "So from our family to yours keep your pants dry, your dreams wet and remember hugs not drugs."

Deadpool also appeared on a special issue of Good Housekeeping where he offered some Thanksgiving cooking tips.
The film is set to be released in June 2018.
