Cape Town – Ten years after they first burst out in song on the big screen the cast of Mamma Mia are back in cinemas this weekend.
The sequel/prequel to the romantic comedy takes place five years after the events of the first movie. It goes back and forth in time to show how relationships forged in the past resonate in the present.
Also showing: A moving drama about a low-income African American family that gives viewers a glimpse of what the marginalised in society face.
