Cape Town - Queen Elizabeth was recently at Balmoral and spent time with her grandchildren.
But it’s alleged there’s a particular royal youngster who’s won her heart over and that’s Lady Louise, the firstborn child of Prince Edward and Sophie Wessex, The Sun reported.
The 15-year-old, who’s 13th in line to the throne, spent her summer holiday with her grandmother along with her younger brother James.
"The Queen loves the fact that Louise and James relish their time at Balmoral, and she has become particularly close to Louise," an insider revealed to Express UK.
"Lady Louise seems to have become her favourite grandchild, closely followed by James," added the insider.
During her time with the 93-year-old matriarch, the royal spent three days accompanying her grandmother on horse rides on the Balmoral estate.
Lady Louise, one of the Queen’s eight grandchildren, is also said to have endeared herself to everyone by looking after William and Kate’s children when they were up there, a royal source told Hello Magazine.
