As we await the arrival of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's first born, we've rounded the first birthday portraits of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, William and Kate's adorable three kids.

According to Hello! magazine there are tiny similarities between the three snaps including how their hair has been combed to the left side and all three siblings are wearing the same Early Days Navy Blue Leather Alex Pre-Walker shoes.

Prince George

William and Kate's first born celebrates his birthday on 22 July. To mark his first birthday, a photo was shared by Clarence House marking another milestone – his first steps.

"Look who's walking! Here's our little Prince ahead of his 1st birthday," the post said, which was shared three days before his birthday.

Princess Charlotte

History maker, Charlotte celebrates her birthday on 2 May. Just a day before her birthday Kensington Palace shared a photo of the little princess, taken by Kate herself.

Prince Louis

The fifth in line to the royal throne, and perhaps the sibling who has been seen the least in public since his birth, turned one on Monday – just days before his cousin is expected to be born.

Like Charlotte's portrait, Louis was photographed by Kate at their home in Norfolk.
