Cape Town – The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have teamed up for the launch of a new initiative focusing on mental health awareness.

Prince William announced on Friday, he and his wife Kate as well as his brother Prince Harry and sister-in-law Meghan have worked together to help create "a new 24/7 textline that supports people who need advice in a tough moment" called Shout.

In a video shared on social media, William discusses the initiative – which will be run by a national volunteer community and which is a legacy of Harry and William's Head Together campaign – revealing that it is the Royal Foundation's biggest investment.
