Cape Town – Ever wondered what it would be like to work for the Queen of England? Well, now's your chance.

According to the Royal Household, Queen Elizabeth is looking for a new Digital Communications Officer who will work from Buckingham Palace.

In this role, the person will be required to "find new ways to maintain the queen's presence in the public eye and on the world stage".

In addition, the role of Digital Communications Officer will include "engaging a worldwide audience with the public role and work of The Royal Family". The main challenges include managing and overseeing the daily news flow as well as creating content across Twitter, Instagram and Facebook among other platforms as well as play a key part in some of the digital projects, including research and write articles.

The queen is looking for a confident and social media savvy candidate, who is innovative and creative.
