Princess Sofia, who is married to Prince Carl Philip – fourth in line of succession to the Swedish throne – was recently in Cape Town having the most "amazing time".
The Duchess of Värmland took to Instagram sharing her work with Project Playground – the non-profit organisation she established in 2010, which provides educational, recreational and supportive programmes to the vulnerable youth of South Africa in the hope of empowering them.
Project Playground operates in Hallonbergen, Sweden and Langa and Gugulethu in South Africa.
"Ending a productive and amazing time with my colleagues at @projplayground in South Africa," Princess Sofia wrote on Instagram.
"Also got the opportunity to meet Western Cape's Prime Minister Alan Winde to talk about Project Playground's work," she added.
