Prince Harry and Meghan gifted 'vegan' cardigan for baby Archie

accreditation

Cape Town - American animal rights organization, PETA, has sent a special gift to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's newborn son, Archie.

"We've welcomed Archie – who is rumoured to be raised vegan - with a gift that combines kindness towards animals with great snuggleability (sic)," the orginisation wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.

According to their site, the gift is "a wool-free cardigan made of cotton and bamboo from Bramble Crafts".

It was previously reported that Harry and Meghan used only environmentally friendly products for their baby's nursery.

"Rather than opt for fashionable Farrow and Ball paint in favoured shades such as Wevet, Peignoir and Pavilion Grey and Salmon, the Sussexes are much in favour of The Organic & Natural Paint Co’s Auro range for the nursery," a royal insider told The Sun at the time.
