Prince Harry and Meghan are hiring!
Cape Town - Get your curriculum vitaes ready! The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are looking for new staff.
Following the loss of some key staff members, Meghan and Harry are reportedly in the process of hiring a new team "from scratch", according to Daily Mail.
This comes a month after both the 37-year-old duchess’ private secretary Amy Pickerill called it quits. Harry’s private secretary Heather Wong has reportedly been moved into a different position.
The royal pair have reportedly invited diplomats with "senior leadership and management experience" who have "confidence in putting alternative ideas forward" to apply, Marie Claire reports.
"The Foreign Office as an organisation bears a lot of resemblance to the structure of the royal household, which is why staff are often selected from there," a royal insider said.
"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be doing a lot of travel, so an appointment from this administration makes sense."
Buckingham Palace confirmed that new staff were being recruited by the pair but denied that they were only accepting applicants from the Foreign Office, Express reports.
Meanwhile, it’s rumoured Meghan has found a replacement for her personal assistant, Melissa Toubati, who quit after just six months on the job, according to The Sun. No other details are known.
