Cape Town - The Duchess of Sussex's estranged half sister, Samantha Markle is hoping they can make amends so that she can meet her new nephew.

In an exclusive interview on DailyMailTV, Samantha plead with her half-sister to make amends so that they can be a part of the royal baby's life.

"What I think is incredible is that it's a great moment historically and although the adults have a lot of water under the bridge, I would really like to see everyone reach out.

"We've extended the olive branch and now it is Meghan's turn."

Meghan gave birth to her and Prince Harry's first child on Monday, 6 May. The royal couple introduced the newborn to the world two days later, on Wednesday.
