WATCH: John Cena deadlifts over 200kg and do you even lift?

Cape Town – John Cena spent his 41st birthday in the gym and we are seriously impressed.

The pro wrestler/actor showed his Twitter followers that he’s still got it by lifting 160kg like he was picking up a feather off of the ground.

“41 years old. 160kg. NEVER let age define effort. #EarnTheDay #NeverGiveUp #RAW (sic),” John wrote alongside the impressive video.

And in case that doesn’t impress you, the Blockers actor went on to deadlift a further 227kg, three times in a row because, you know, he’s super-strong and stuff.

I guess all we can ask now is, do you even lift?

John’s birthday workout comes a week after he and fellow pro wrestler Nikki Bella broke up after six years together.

Nikki’s twin sister Brie revealed at a recent event, that the twin sisters attended together, that fans will be able to see what went wrong in the former couple’s relationship in the new season of their reality TV show, Total Bellas, People reported.

“This has been the hardest season to film for me because all I want to do is protect her and keep everyone away, but this is what we do.”

Brie added: “John and Nicole allow the fans to see some very personal conversations, that to be honest, I was mind blown about. [Husband] Bryan and I both said, ‘I don’t think we’d allow them to see those conversations’ but they do. I give them a lot of credit. You get to see where they’re at today and see that unravel.”
