This is how Khloé K plans to shed her baby weight
Cape Town - It’s been just two months since Khloé Kardashian welcomed baby True into the world, and the reality star (33) is already hitting the ground running at the gym.
While she clearly has a lot going on right now – like the infidelity rumours swirling around her beau Tristan Thomas (27) – Khloé is throwing herself back into getting her famous bod back.
"It's been so great being back in the gym with my trainer," the mom of one revealed on her website and app.
"I'm so motivated to get my body back and I'm feeling stronger every day – and getting closer to my goal!"
"Coach Joe's already shared all the details about my first post-baby workout, and now he's back to give you guys an update about our fitness strategy."
"You know I like to go into things with a plan and I definitely have a lot of work ahead, but I'm pumped!" she added.
According to E! Online, Coach Joe – trainer to the stars Joel Bouraima – seems pretty pumped too.
Apparently KoKo wants to get back to the super-svelte figure she showed off in the commercial for the 14th season of Keeping up with the Kardashians.
But it’s not going to be easy – at the moment, Khloé’s working out seven days a week!
"Monday is cardio day, the one that Khloé did not love at the beginning (but she kind of appreciates it now),” Joe wrote.
"She calls it Black Monday LOL. Tuesday through Sunday we work full body with a little bit of cardio, like HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)."
As for diet, Khloé’s following in her big sister Kim’s footsteps, according to Daily Mail.
"I'm currently on a low-carb diet that my nutritionist, Dr Goglia, gave me," she explains.
"It has lots of protein, so I'm able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I'm never hungry because I'm always eating!"
It seems that the blonde beauty’s dedication is already paying off, and Joe is singing his famous client’s praises. "She's strong enough to find this motivation in herself and it helps that she knows what she wants!"
