'Supernatural's' Jared Padalecki arrested for assault

Cape Town – Supernatural actor, Jared Padalecki, has been arrested for assault.

According to TMZ, the 37-year-old got into an altercation on Sunday in Texas and is facing two counts of assault and one of public intoxication.

Jared allegedly hit a bartender, and when his friend tried calming him down outside, the actor put him in a headlock before the cops intervened.The actor also reportedly flashed cashed at the police.

According to E! News, Jared was booked into jail at 04:30 but was later released on bail.
