Khloé Kardashian is selling her Calabasas home.

According to People, the Kardashians' longtime realtor, Tomer Fridman, made an appearance on Real Talk on IGTV recently to share a new listing.

Though he said he couldn't confirm who exactly the home, which will go for $18 950 000 (R330 million), belongs to, he did share a few details and show off the house which also featured in Architectural Digest along with its reality star owner.

"It has real Hollywood history," Fridman says in the video. "It was owned, initially when it was built, by the ex-wife of an uber celebrity, he bought it for her in the divorce…. Then we sold it to a very young pop star, who is very famous still to this day."

That ex-wife is Nicole Murphy, aka, the former spouse of Eddie Murphy. And the famous pop star? Why Justin Bieber, of course.

Khloé bought it from the Yummy singer in 2014 for $7.2 million (R125 million) but has since made a lot of changes.

According to E! News, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is ready to move on to something even bigger than the 11 000-square-foot, Mediterranean Revival mansion.

"Khloé is selling her house and moving into a bigger home. It's a good opportunity for her to make a nice profit. She spent a lot of time remodelling, and it is beautiful and ready to sell. It makes sense for her to move on and move up right now," a source told the publication.

The home in the exclusive Oaks of Calabasas neighbourhood has eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms and looks like an absolute dream home.
