Cape Town – Kevin Hart is being sued for $60 million (R885 million), according to documents obtained by E! News.
Model, Montia Sabagg alleges the Ride Along actor video recorded her without her consent while the two had consensual sex in a Las Vegas hotel room.
Of the video published online in 2017, the 28-year-old says she had no knowledge she was being recorded. The video allegedly shows her "naked from the waist down and engaging in private, consensual sexual relations with Hart".
According to TMZ, in 2017 Kevin passed the video off as extortion before posting a video on Instagram admitting his infidelity after the supposed blackmail attempt.
"I’m at a place in my life where I feel like I have a target on my back, and because of that, I should make smart decisions. Recently, I didn’t," he said, before admitting he’d made mistakes which he’s apologised to his wife and family for.
But Kevin also said that he would not allow someone to use his past mistakes against him for financial gain.
