Cape Town – Miley Cyrus just poked fun at the Grammys – and herself – after she was "not invited" to music's biggest night.
The singer who was previously nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album for Bangerz in 2015 did not attend the ceremony. Her sister Noah Cyrus did, while her dad Billy Ray Cyrus took home two awards for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Music Video with Lil Nas X for Old Town Road.

The Slide Away singer took to Instagram to share her disappointment, joking she wasn't invited to the Grammys. "& we wonder why I'm not invited to award shows anymore..." she wrote on Instagram.
But the comment was clearly a joke with the clip she posted showing an all-too-familiar Bangerz-era Miley smoking a blunt upon accepting an award at the 2013 MTV EMAs.

Miley also posted on Instagram to congratulate her dad and "baby brother" on their wins before sharing a video of her singing Old Town Road with the award-winning duo.
"I love you both like family," she wrote. "Well, one I HAVE to love like family and the other one I WANT to! Love u bro."
