Cape Town – Miley Cyrus kind of addressed her split with Liam Hemsworth in a new Instagram post.
Over the weekend the 26-year-old singer confirmed her split from the Independence Day: Resurgance actor after just eight months of marriage.
The couple decided to separate and focus on themselves and their careers.

On Sunday the Wrecking Ball singer seemingly broke her silence since news of their break-up.
Alongside a picture of herself in the mountains, she wrote: "Don't fight evolution, because you will never win. Like the mountain I am standing on top of, which was once underwater, connected with Africa, change is inevitable. The Dolomites were not created overnight; it was over millions of years that this magnificent beauty was formed.
"My dad always told me 'Nature never hurries, but it is always on time'. It fills my heart with peace and hope, knowing that is true. I was taught to respect the planet and its process, and I am committed to doing the same with my own."

Miley and Liam dated on and off for about ten years after they met on the set of the Last Song in 2010.
After officially breaking up in 2013 the pair reconnected in 2015 and tied the knot in an intimate wedding in Tennessee in December 2018.
