Cape Town - Steve Harvey’s stepdaughter, Lori Harvey was allegedly arrested after bumping into a parked car with her Mercedes SUV and then leaving the scene before police could arrive.
According to E! News the socialite hit a car in Los Angeles on Sunday night after leaving Nobu restaurant.
The 22-year-old was arrested by the Beverly Hills Police Department for delaying a police investigation.
“When police arrived, the driver of the sedan had left the scene of the collision. The driver, determined to be Lori Harvey, was ultimately contacted by police in the area," Beverly Hills police said in a statement.
"Due to the fact that Harvey left the scene of the collision without providing her information or contacting police as required by law, and caused a delayed in the police investigation, she was cited for misdemeanour hit and run and obstructing/delaying a police office,” he added.
Lori previously made headlines for dating multiple famous musicians including, Trey Songs, Christian Combs and later his father Sean Combs.
