Johannesburg - Kim Kardashian recently took to Instagram Stories to reveal how she had to evacuate her Hidden Hills property in Calabasas after a wildfire broke out in her neighbourhood.
The KUWTK reality star shared a series of posts detailing how she and her family had an hour to evacuate their home.
“Just landed back home and had 1 hour to pack up & evacuate our home. I pray everyone is safe,” she wrote in one story with an aerial image overlooking the sweeping fire.
“Firefighters are arriving. Thank you for all that you do for us!!!” Kim wrote in another story.

According to the official City of Calabasas Twitter page, the Woolsey fire is said to have been started by two separated bush fires which the spread. The wild fire even spread to surrounding areas where Kim’s sister Kourtney resides.
“I pray that everyone is kept safe and protected from these fires. No Calabasas tonight,” Kourtney wrote in an Instagram Story which featured a boot filled with luggage.
